Vintegra is an innovative and modular solution that integrates, controls, and monitors accessory equipment in special-purpose vehicles (for government organisations, special services, medical services, campers, etc.).

Main components of the Vintegra solution
The Vintegra solution comprises a controller and a display. The controller is based on a SoM (system on module) unit to which a 5″, 7″ or 10″ touchscreen is connected.
On/Off control – for actuators such as lighting, heating, and others
Remote control and monitoring via LoRa in the 868-930MHz band (tailored to the target region), with AES encryption
Current measurement of the power drawn by actuators
Dedicated lighting control – dedicated controls for cabin and exterior lighting, with color adjustment support
Environmental sensor (temperature, atmospheric pressure, humidity)
7″ or 10″ touchscreen display
Remote control and monitoring via LTE-M network, with TLS-encrypted connection
PWM controller for DC motor control
Temperature measurement of controlled components
GNSS receiver

Safety
An important feature of the Vintegra solution are additional safety mechanisms that prevent damage to expensive vehicle equipment (e.g. extended mast, support, etc.) and prevent damage to auxiliary power systems such as batteries by continuously monitoring the state of charge and raising alarms when dangerous levels are reached.

Tried-and-tested touchscreen displays and dedicated electronics designed to operate in industrial applications and extreme temperatures (-40 °C / +80 °C). Current protection and galvanic isolation make all controllable devices safe. The dedicated firmware is optimised for operation with high performance and low power consumption.

- Wide voltage range: Versatile 12-55V power supply configuration
- Distributed architecture: Sensors and actuators can be placed far from the main unit, supporting a maximum bus length of up to 100 meters for maximum installation flexibility
- Smart automation: On/Off switching allows for automated temperature regulation, complete with customizable safety thresholds for thermal and current overloads
- Advanced alert system: Instant alarms when sensor parameters exceed predefined limits, including GNSS-powered geofencing for location-based tracking
- Fixed routines: e.g., set heater temperature to 40°C at 3:35 AM and power it down at 10:00 AM.
- Dynamic randomization: e.g., trigger the device once for a random duration (between 20 to 60 minutes) during a predefined timeframe, such as 6:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
